Couples Communication Class

CBC is offering a four week Communication Class for Couples.

We are offering a four week communications class for couples here at CBC! Through the duration of this class couples will learn necessary communication and problem solving skills, as well as gain the confidence to set goals for your relationship.
Some of the topics that will be discussed are: communication assessment, problem solving skills, steps to resolve conflict, rules for discussion, avoiding his & her trigger words & actions, and setting goals for your relationship.

Childcare and light snacks will be provided at each class.
