Joyga Stretch and Meditation

Joyga is back! Prepare to relax and restore as we journey through guided stretches and meditation on scripture. Please make sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat!

When: Tuesday’s at 6pm

Where: Children’s Worship Room

Cost: $60 for the entire 6 week series or $15 per class

*Please make sure to pre-register if you would like to sign up for the entire 6 week series, otherwise you can pay at the door for individual classes and no registration is necessary.
