Maintenance/Janitorial Person needed for Storage Facility
Well-established Self-Storage Company is seeking a Full-Time Janitorial/Maintenance person for our property in Capistrano Beach. This person must have a clean appearance and be well-spoken. Being a self-starter, detail-oriented, and job knowledge is essential to be successful in this position.
Responsibilties:
• Basic Plumbing
• Basic Electrical
• Painting
• Ground Upkeep
• Knowledge of hand tools
• General Janitorial duties
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Experience:
• One-year prior experience in self-storage maintenance or equivalent is preferred
Compensation:
• Competitive Pay – 40 hours per week
• Health/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance
• Vacation after 1 year
• Paid holiday and sick time.

The candidate must have a valid California Driver’s License. Salary $25/per hour.
