Family Ministry
Family Ministry is focused on providing practical resources for families and
for those in need of a family support network As we all are products of our
famlies, our purpose is to support and encourage healthy family encounters in
order to establish a rich environment for personal growth and success.
Our concern for families reaches to isolated single parents, to intact but
disconnected families and to unattached orphaned children, as well as to
thriving families looking for areas to enhance their growth and purpose.
Through a network of commnity, church and private organizations we help meet
the needs of families with practical, educational and spiritual resources. We
are committed to the Biblical principles that apply to the everyday life of
families and are driven to care for those in need in practical ways through a
lifestyle of sharing the love and message of Jesus Christ.

Programs
Safe Families For Children
A safe temporary shelter for children when a family is in
crisis.

When a crisis strikes, many families rely on relatives and friends for
support. For some families, there is no safety net. Often a straightforward
problem such as postpartum depression or unemployment can be debilitating.
Children in these situations often suffer neglect or abuse; some eventually are
removed from their home and placed in state custody.
But now, thanks to the exciting Safe Families For Children program offered by
CBC through Olive Crest, parents experiencing a temporary crisis can arrange
for their children to stay with a Christian family while they address the
issues that led to their situation. Would you consider opening your heart and
your home and becoming a temporary safe family of CBC for a family in
crisis?
If you would like to become a Safe Family For Children, please contact us at
